The fine print
Dust Buddies LLC provides dryer vent cleaning services which may include removal of lint and miscellaneous debris from dryer vent ducting, cleaning of vent termination points, airflow checks, and basic inspection of the vent system when accessible.
Services do not include dryer appliance repair, HVAC duct cleaning, structural repair, roof repair, or electrical work, unless explicitly stated in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the dryer, vent ducting, and exterior vent termination. Pets must be secured and work areas cleared prior to service. If access is restricted or unsafe, the technician may refuse or reschedule service.
Dryer vent systems may contain hidden defects including crushed ducts, disconnected piping, excessive bends, improper installation, or code violations. Dust Buddies LLC is not responsible for pre-existing defects or issues discovered during service.
If unsafe conditions are identified, the technician may recommend that the dryer not be used until repairs are completed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dust Buddies LLC shall not be liable for damages resulting from:
Any liability related to services performed shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
Dryer vent cleaning may involve the use of brushes, compressed air, or vacuum systems that may place stress on older or improperly installed vent materials. Customers acknowledge that weakened or improperly installed ducts may separate or become damaged during the cleaning process.
Dust Buddies LLC is not responsible for failures of improperly installed or deteriorated vent systems.
Some vent systems terminate through roofs, attics, or crawlspaces. The technician reserves the right to decline access if conditions are deemed unsafe due to weather, height, structural concerns, or safety hazards.
Dryer vent cleaning improves airflow and reduces lint buildup, but results may vary depending on vent length, dryer condition, system design, and installation quality. Dust Buddies LLC does not guarantee specific drying times or appliance performance.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in late fees or collection action as permitted by law.
Customers are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
Dust Buddies LLC may take photos or video of vent systems before or after cleaning for documentation, training, or quality assurance purposes. No identifying personal information will be shared publicly without permission.
By approving a quote, scheduling service, or allowing work to begin, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
